Rembembering Genevieve Millender

Mrs. Genevieve Darden Millender transitioned from this Life and went home to be with The Lord on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.   Her passing was unexpected and we will all miss her greatly. We will miss her smile, unique personality and her kind spirit.  Please join us in Celebrating the Life of Genevieve Millender. We ask that you not focus on the loss of life but instead on the life of memories.  You may leave your blessings and kind words for the family below.  HomeGoing services for Mrs. Genevieve Darden Millender are as follows: Relatives and Friends may visit Tuesday evening 4pm-7pm at Funeral Home located at 885 Niagara Falls Blvd, and Wednesday morning 10am-11am at the Chapel at Crosspoint at 500 Crosspoint Parkway, Getzville. Funeral services will follow at 11am. Please keep the Darden-Millender family and friends in your thought and prayers.

Supporting the Millender Family

While the family has not asked for help, we know that funeral costs are extremely expensive. Several people have asked how to help, so Friends of the Millender family came together to alleviate some of this financial burden from Genevieve's children by collecting donations to be used toward the flower arrangements and food for the Home Going service on Wednesday, September 20th, 2017.  Any amount you are able to give will help and be greatly appreciated. Please send your support to Dr. Betty Lovelace-Ross (bettylovelace@gmail.com) via PayPal and all funds will be handed to Genevieve's daughter Christina Millender to defer costs of the flower arrangement and repass meal during this difficult time. Please use PayPal's "Friends and Familiy" option.  Thank you for being a Blessing and helping to give Genevieve the Homegoing Celebration she deserves.  Please keep the Darden-Millender family and friends in your thought and prayers.
